FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What is the normal/expected delivery time?
Delivery time depends on where the benches are being sent, and how many. Within the
EU, bench delivery takes an average of 7 business days. Delivering to the United States
and Canada takes an average of 3 weeks, depending on number of pieces.
2. What is the normal delivery cost?
Delivery cost depends on where the benches are being sent, and how many. Within the
EU, delivery costs approximately 3,000 to 5,000 SEK. Delivery to the United States and

3. Is there a lead time?
All benches are custom made to order. Lead time is about one week per unit for both
outdoor and indoor benches. We always have in stock at least one set* of Union Benches of
each standard color (red, black, white) that can be delivered the same day.
* A set is comprised of a Union Bench in each size> 12-seater, 8-seater, 4-seater, and flower pot.
4. Do prices include VAT?
VAT is not charged on benches delivered outside Sweden.
5. Do prices include customs charges?
Prices do not include customs charges when delivering outside Sweden. Customs charges
vary between countries.
6. How is payment determined?
We require 100% up-front payment.
7. Do you drop-ship?
We do drop-ship, meaning we will deliver from our address straight to the client.
8. Is your bench certified?
All of the materials used in our benches are 100% certified.
9. What type of wood is used on the outdoor Union Bench seat?
The outdoor Union Bench seat is made of Jatoba wood. This type of wood is sustainably sourced, stable, and easy to maintain.
