The table is built from two identical profiles, locked together by three internal beams that ensure strength and stability. Saddle chair was originally designed for the interiors of Drilling, a café, bar and distillery in Hamburg. The chair has a modern yet classic design meant to appeal over time. Saddle chairs are available in both a chair and counter model. Both versions of the chair have a curved back and armrests that conform to the user's body.

The seats are made of bent plywood and can be covered with padded upholstery or veneers.

The Pingu Family, originally designed for use in a church, evokes a contemporary yet playful character for lighting up a myriad of spaces. The Swarm lamp is inspired by the delicate grace of flying creatures, this wooden lamp embodies the essence of poetry in motion. The wooden body is shaped to mimic the motion of flying creatures and sway in any direction. The design was inspired by mallards and bees, two animals that have been studied closely because they each embody graceful shapes and completed with the magical tinder of fireflies.

Swarm is designed for individual style: The direction of each Swarm can be adjusted and each lamp can be purchased as one, a group of three, or a group of five, giving people the freedom to choose the light in their lives.

Bud is a compact hook made of natural wood that catches anything you throw at it. Round and soft on your clothes, thanks to its flower bud inspired design.

This robust variant of the original Union Bench juxtaposes the strength of concrete with organic, undulating forms. The outdoor Union Benches in concrete comprise a collection of 3-seater, 2- seater, 1-seater and flowerpot. Every piece is made-to-order and concrete is poured in our company’s home town of Kalmar, Sweden. After hardening, it is then hand-sanded and polished to produce its smooth, cool texture.

Our seats are constructed of natural, untreated larch, a wood able to withstand harsh winters and is known for its beauty as it ages.

GO WITH GREENERY

Clients also have the option to integrate a flowerpot into one or more of the Union Bench spheres. An integrated flowerpot provides the perfect way to add greenery to a scene or town square, and evokes a general feeling of appreciation among users.

As with all our Union Family benches, the spheres of the Union Family benches are seamlessly merged with two side tables, increasing flexibility and function for its users.

As with all JMDB products, the Yacht Bench is a customized, made-to-order piece that are available in all colors. Moulds are poured by Swedish yacht producers and our high-quality teak is imported from its Southeast Asian roots and carefully crafted by experts in Swedish woodworking.

The Union Family breaks the boundaries of traditional public bench design. Each piece in this collection follows the forward-thinking momentum of designer Jangir Maddadi. Conceiving a public or private space with products from the Union Family promises the signature JMDB organic curvature and creative use of materials, customized to fit your needs. The 3-seater fiberglass Union Bench was the first product ever created by the Jangir Maddadi Design Bureau. The success of this piece led to the production of the 2-seater, 1-seater, and flowerpot, as well as the Panorama. The Union Panorama is our masterpiece, measuring 3.4 meters in length. It's meticulously designed with three seating islands arranged in a gentle monolithic seating system, with each seat boasting a 90 cm diameter. This arrangement offers a 360-degree seating experience, allowing clients to choose their own panorama and enjoy their surroundings comfortably. With the addition of each of these pieces, the Union Family is now complete.

Designed to stand in the center of the room, the fiberglass Union Bench is the eye-catching vision of function and form. Its organic, spherical design seats up to 12 individuals and allows its users to sit where they want and with whom they please. Finally, a bench designed to reflect personal preference.

Every piece in the Union Family is a customized, made-to-order product designed to fit the client’s wishes. The sleek fiberglass moulds are poured individually so that each bench receives a special amount of care and attention.

For seating options, clients are offered an array of choices. Our standard genuine Swedish leather seats are available in a variety of colors. Clients may also choose to switch their seat covers for a custom material, such as Lamborghini leather, wool or Corian.

The Impeccable Butler

Like its name suggests, the Butler is dressed up—clean, crisp, and always ready to serve. The Butler is a versatile object, primarily designed as a waste bin, but with the added ability to function as a laundry basket or flowerpot. Crafted from durable fiberglass, it seamlessly fits both indoor and outdoor environments, whether in a hotel spa, the bathroom of a private residence, the garden, or the living room.

An Art Object

Launched in 2011, The Butler was born from a simple question: Why can’t waste bins be beautiful? It defies the conventional notion that waste bins should be hidden away. Instead, The Butler is designed to be showcased as an art object, blending functionality with visual appeal.

Elevated Object

The Butler’s elevated shell, supported by a refined metal structure, can hold either a plastic bag for waste or a soft silk bag for laundry—making it practical and easy to use. The soft silk bag is gentle on clothing and also serves as a mobile laundry bag. Its large opening in the fiberglass shell ensures ventilation, keeping laundry odour-free and enhancing its practicality across various uses.

The Popsicle Bin Collection is designed for TreCe, following the success of the Butler Bin.

“With the Popsicle collection, I wanted the design to be playful, happy, and respected enough to be left alone in parks and public spaces. My goal was to create a design that transcends in parks with its shapes and volume in our cities. “

The Popsicle design is inspired by birds' nests, peaceful and at rest, yet visible when needed. The shape of the bin is also reminiscent of a popsicle, hence the name. The collection is available in different sizes and colors, making it adaptable to any public space and providing a functional and attractive waste management solution

Grace is manufactured by Swedish yacht builders according to traditional Scandinavian woodworking customs. It’s a modern reminder of old times.

Solid teak meets a wave-length pattern carefully carved into the tabletop. Combined with its geometrical, almost futuristic, legs we’re reminded of the neverending relationship between man and nature. The gentle companionship between steel, waves and wood is created to pay its respects to not only what’s ahead, but to those whom nature wanted back.

The Grace collection is available in two tabletop sizes and two types of legs. The straight leg is adjustable in height. Grace coffee table is 50 cm in diameter and Grace table is 90 cm in diameter. The Grace tabletop is also available in Ash without wave-length patterns.
